Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your registration for the training will be confirmed once payment has been made and the payment receipt has been sent to you.
Cancellations are generally not permitted. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another participant to take your place. Please notify us of the substitution at least three working days prior to the first scheduled workshop. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
If fewer than six participants are registered one week (five working days) before the first workshop, NextGen Value reserves the right to cancel the training. In such cases, registered participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the next available training.
