True leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about connecting with others – and occasionally convincing them your idea was theirs all along. Organized along the NextGen Value Framework for Influencing, this training dives into the art and science of influencing, equipping participants with the mindset and tools needed to lead effectively without formal authority. Participants will explore what influencing truly means, how to craft a structured influencing plan and, most importantly, how to secure genuine commitment from diverse stakeholders across teams and departments.
The training combines theory sessions, real-life case studies, interactive exercises and engaging short videos to ensure that participants not only understand the concepts but also practice applying them to realistic, work-related scenarios. By using hands-on activities, participants can test tools and techniques, gaining confidence and insight into how to apply these strategies in their daily roles.
